Service and Fee

How do you set your fee?

There is no single figure with us, because no two cases are alike: some are done in a few steps, others run over months. Which service, which residence purpose, how many authorities, how many documents and whether translations are needed all set our fee. We go through that with you in the first conversation and put it in writing before the work begins. The official fees charged by the authorities do not come to us; they are separate and are paid directly to the office concerned.

What exactly do you do?

We run the §81a procedure with your future employer's power of attorney at the foreigners authority. We prepare and follow your recognition applications, put translation and apostille in the right order and accompany you to official appointments. For US trips we fill in the DS-160 together and set up the fee and the appointment on the official portal. Every detail sits on the Our Services page.

You are not lawyers. May you handle this procedure?

What we do is not legal advice but procedural coordination and relocation support. We run the §81a application under the power of attorney given by the company, and such a power of attorney may also be granted to people who are not lawyers. The §81a power of attorney covers representation in the procedure, not legal advice; even within this procedure we do not assess your case legally. Outside §81a we take no power of attorney for representation: there we prepare the file, and at your request you may grant us a power of attorney limited to sending and receiving documents. We make no declarations in your name. Where the legal assessment of an individual case is called for, we refer you to lawyers practising in that field.

What stays outside the scope?

Legal opinions, guaranteed outcomes and influence on the authority are not on offer; the decision always belongs to the competent office. Our job is to set your case up properly, run it completely and run it with care and without delay on our side. We settle the scope together before anything starts.

Do you build the website and CRM too?

Yes. For individuals and companies we set up the website and CRM around what is actually needed; this item stands beside our migration and residence services. Scope and package are settled in conversation, and the site takes its shape entirely from what you ask for.

When and how do I pay?

We agree the amount before the work begins, and we set the payment plan together in the same conversation. Official fees you always pay directly to the office concerned; our fee contains no charges.

Process and Timing

How long do the procedures usually take?

The time depends on the type of application, on the federal state, on how busy the office is and on how quickly the case worker handling it moves. We cannot name a fixed date and we do not: the duration is decided in the end by the competent authorities and by the circumstances of the individual case.

I am not in Germany yet, does it still work?

Most applications begin while you are still abroad in any case: first the advance approval from the foreigners authority, then the visa at the German mission, then the residence permit in Germany. Because the country you are in, your education and your qualifications all bear on which residence and visa provisions come into question at all, it helps a great deal if you mention them in your very first message.

What is the first step?

A short WhatsApp message: where you live, which diplomas and papers you hold, what you want to do. We read it, get back to you and plan the first conversation. From there on, everything moves under our follow-up.

Do you also help with the US B1/B2 visa?

Yes. For tourist and business trips to the United States we fill in your DS-160 together from your information and set up the MRV fee and the interview appointment on the official portal. Holders of a German residence permit can apply at the US missions in Germany; the current wait times we check together on travel.state.gov before booking. Nobody can promise an appointment or an outcome; the decision rests with the consulate.

Do you handle the appointments?

The tracking is ours: we draw up together which appointments lie ahead, set up the booking with you and put the dates in front of you. Which day an appointment lands on is set by how busy the authorities are.

How do I follow the progress?

We keep you informed at every step: which station your file is at, what comes next, which paper is awaited. When you ask, the answer comes from the record; we do not guess.

Decision and Documents

Which documents are asked for?

The list depends on the route and the office; most files need an ID, a diploma, a job or admission letter and proof of maintenance. We draw up your personal list in the first conversation and name anything missing or expired right at the start, so nothing surprises you on the way.

Is recognition a must?

On most work routes, recognition of the diploma or of the profession is a precondition. In the §81a procedure recognition can also be run by the case officer at the foreigners authority. We gather which recognition bodies come into consideration for your profession and prepare the application. The binding assignment and the assessment of your qualification are made by the body itself.

Who decides?

The German mission abroad decides on the visa, the foreigners authority on the residence permit. Some routes add the approval of the Federal Employment Agency, and regulated professions the assessment of the recognition body. We run the case completely and hand in without delay on our side; duration and outcome are decided by the authority.

And if the application comes back negative?

We translate the decision for you word for word. Assessing the refusal, and the question of whether to object, are legal services; for that we refer you directly to a lawyer. Which legal remedy applies and within which period is stated in the decision's instruction on legal remedies (Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung); we point that line out to you. Because your file is fully documented, nobody there starts from zero.

Where are my documents translated?

We coordinate the translation with sworn translators. Which paper needs translation and apostille in which order, we draw up together and run the steps to that plan. The translator is paid directly, and the apostille fee goes to the office.

Where do I follow figures like the salary thresholds?

On our Updates and Blog page we announce changes in force with their dates; the 2026 thresholds sit there too. Because figures can move within a year, we confirm the current value together before any decision.

Language and Accompaniment

Which language do we speak?

We work in Turkish, German and English, and we keep the correspondence in whichever of the three suits you best.

Do you come along to official appointments?

When you ask us to, yes; accompaniment is its own service item. At the address registration, at the card pickup and at every appointment where language runs short, we are beside you; we interpret in the room and read the papers to be signed with you.

I do not speak German, is that a problem?

Our working languages are Turkish, German and English. We accompany you to official appointments for a fee and follow your case together with you. In Germany the language you need also depends on the sector, on the market your employer serves and on its customers. Having no German can stand in the way for some residence purposes, while for others no language certificate is asked for at all. Our advice: bring your German to at least A2 before you travel. For settling in and for working life in Germany there is little that replaces it.

I already live in Germany. Do you work for me too?

Of course. Extensions, changes of purpose and settlement applications along with appointment accompaniment are the everyday items of the cases we run from inside Germany. Here too, it starts with a short message.

Do you help my family as well?

We do. Family reunification applications, your spouse and children, their papers and appointments are among the cases we run; everything moves in one shared plan.
