PROCESS COORDINATION AND RELOCATION SERVICES
There is no single way into Germany. Work, study, family and settlement are only a few of them. Each route carries its own requirements, its own timescales and its own deciding authority. Below we have summed up the main routes and the residence permit each one carries.
Skilled workers with vocational or academic qualifications, the Blue Card, intra-company transfer and routes built on work experience.
What is asked
Time and fee
How long recognition and the visa procedure take depends on the office and on how complete the file is. There is also an accelerated procedure the employer can start.
Where it usually sticks
A wide gap between the qualification and the job can be a ground for refusal: applying for a software post with a cook's diploma is the standard example

These are the services we provide.
Our fee follows what you are asking for, because every request brings its own steps and no two routes are alike. For information about the fee, simply get in touch with us!
All servicesHow we work, in four steps:
A few lines on WhatsApp are enough: where you live, which papers you hold, what you want to do. We look through what you send and note what is missing or has expired.

The papers go in order, sworn translation and apostille are coordinated and validity dates are watched. Which paper goes to which office in which form is settled from the start, and nothing is left open before the application goes in.

The completed file is lodged with the competent office, the file number and the date are recorded and a copy goes to you. In the §81a procedure the file runs under the company's power of attorney.

We follow the post from the office and answer requests for missing papers. For the address registration, the collection of the card and every conversation where language is not enough we come along, and we read the record together.

The decision rests with the competent authority; what we do is process coordination and relocation service.
Germany's migration agenda, salary thresholds, fees and procedures are updated at intervals; we have gathered the changes already in force for you.
We answer the questions you ask most!
There is no single figure with us, because no two cases are alike: some are done in a few steps, others run over months. Which service, which residence purpose, how many authorities, how many documents and whether translations are needed all set our fee. We go through that with you in the first conversation and put it in writing before the work begins. The official fees charged by the authorities do not come to us; they are separate and are paid directly to the office concerned.
The time depends on the type of application, on the federal state, on how busy the office is and on how quickly the case worker handling it moves. We cannot name a fixed date and we do not: the duration is decided in the end by the competent authorities and by the circumstances of the individual case.
What we do is not legal advice but procedural coordination and relocation support. We run the §81a application under the power of attorney given by the company, and such a power of attorney may also be granted to people who are not lawyers. Outside §81a we take no power of attorney; there we prepare the file and follow it. Where the legal assessment of an individual case is called for, we refer you to lawyers practising in that field.
Most applications begin while you are still abroad in any case: first the advance approval from the foreigners authority, then the visa at the German mission, then the residence permit in Germany. Because the country you are in, your education and your qualifications all bear on which residence and visa provisions come into question at all, it helps a great deal if you mention them in your very first message.
Our working languages are Turkish, German and English. We accompany you to official appointments for a fee and follow your case together with you. In Germany the language you need also depends on the sector, on the market your employer serves and on its customers. Having no German can stand in the way for some residence purposes, while for others no language certificate is asked for at all. Our advice: bring your German to at least A2 before you travel. For settling in and for working life in Germany there is little that replaces it.
