§81a Accelerated Skilled Worker Procedure

On the standard visa route the consulate examines the whole file. Here the examination moves to the foreigners authority and the steps run in parallel with the Federal Employment Agency. The application is opened under the power of attorney the company grants us; an individual cannot open it alone.

  • The procedure is run at the foreigners authority under the employer's power of attorney; we keep the correspondence on record
  • Recognition of the qualification and, where needed, professional recognition are run in parallel by us or by the foreigners authority
  • Requests from the office are compiled and sent in, and the pre-approval and appointment stage are tracked

Time and official fee

How long it takes depends on the case officer and on how complete the file is. Official fee for 2026: €411 per procedure. It goes to the state and does not depend on the outcome.

Recognition

Recognition of a qualification or professional recognition is asked for on most work routes. Your recognition application is prepared and the correspondence and requests are followed throughout. In the §81a procedure recognition can also be run by the case officer at the foreigners authority.

  • We gather which recognition bodies come into consideration for your profession, prepare the application and send it in; the binding assignment is made by the body itself
  • Additional requests from the body are compiled and sent in on time; we make no declarations in your name
  • If recognition comes back partial, the shortfalls named in the decision and the steps of the compensation measure are passed on

Time and official fee

How long it takes depends on the body and on how complete the file is. The official fee depends on the body: the ZAB assessment is set at 208 € for 2026.

Translation and Apostille

Which paper is asked for, in which form and in which order, depends on the authority. When translation and apostille are done in the wrong order, applications are turned back.

  • The documents your case requires are listed and put in the right order
  • The steps are coordinated with sworn translators and the apostille office
  • Validity periods are followed and expired papers renewed on request

Time and official fee

The cost of translation and apostille goes to the offices and to the translator.

Accompaniment at the Authorities

Registration, collecting the residence card, and every appointment where language is not enough. On request we are there at your appointments and accompany your matters.

  • We come to the appointment and interpret during it
  • The papers to be signed are read together and translated word for word; we make no legal assessment
  • After the appointment, what happened during it is summed up for you

Time and official fee

The duration is the appointment itself. Where the authority charges a fee it is paid directly to them.

Website and CRM Setup

For individuals and businesses we build the website and the customer system. This sits beside our migration and residence services; scope and package are settled in conversation.

  • On request a lean CRM system is set up for customers and files
  • After handover the use is shown and the systems are checked at regular intervals

Time and official fee

Scope is settled in conversation; the time depends on the size of the work.

US B1/B2 Visa Application Support

For tourist and business travel to the United States (B1/B2), your DS-160 form is filled in together with you from the information you provide; the fee payment and the interview appointment are set up on the official application portal. Holders of a German residence permit can apply at the US missions in Germany; the current wait times we check together on travel.state.gov before booking. In addition, the Visa Integrity Fee of 250 $, enacted in 2025, falls due when the visa is issued; collection had not yet started as at the date of this page. The declaration on who prepared the form is stated openly in the form.

  • The DS-160 is filled in from your own information, and the preparer declaration on the form is marked openly
  • The MRV fee payment and the interview appointment are set up with you on the official application portal
  • The list of papers to take to the appointment is drawn up, and the flow of the interview day is explained from official sources

Time and official fee

The timing follows the consulate's appointment availability. The official MRV fee in 2026 is $185 per application, goes directly to the state and does not depend on the outcome. Choosing the visa category and assessing eligibility are outside the scope; no appointment or outcome is promised, and the decision rests with the consulate alone.

Our fee follows the file and the amount is settled before the work begins. The official fees named above are not paid to us but to the authority concerned.
